- Test papers for Iodine were expired in 2023. Please purchase new supplies.

- Back delivery door was wide open at the time of inspection. Staff was instructed to keep the door closed when not being used to prevent pest entry.

- Ice machine had a rusty/slimy layer.Please ensure that the food equipment are maintained in cleaned and sanitary condition.
