      • The pizza hot holding unit was kept around 40C, with pizza temperature ranged from 45-80C. - Ensure pizza is able to be kept 60C or higher, or discard the pizza after 2 hours, a written plan or time label system must be implmented.Hams were found thawing at room temperature, measured below 0C. - Moved all hams back to the fridge.Thawing at room temperature is not allowed

      • Two spray bottles containing sanitizing solution were unlabeled. Ensure that all containers of chemicals are clearly labeled to identify contents.

      • The 2 door prep cooler, across from the front counter, was maintaining 12C. Remove all perishable food from the cooler. Adjust/repair the cooler. Ensure that it is maintaining 4C or less.

      • Two pizza knives had tape wrapped around the handles. Remove the tape as it is not cleanable. Ensure that all equipment is in good repair.
