- Plastic container without a proper handle were used as a scoop and stored inside the rice bulk container. Replace the plastic container with a scoop that has a handle and store scoops in a separate area or with the handle upright to avoid contamination of the food.The operator removed the plastic container from the bulk supply at the time of the inspection.

- Unlabeled chlorine sanitizer stored in a spray bottle. All chemicals used must be labeled to ensure safe usage throughout the food establishment. The operator labeled the spray bottle at the time of the inspection.

- Utensils by the bar area were stored in stagnant water at room temperature, measured 23C. Utensils must be stored in hot water maintained at >60C or iced water maintained at <4C, or in a sanitizer solution of 100ppm of chlorine (bleach) or 200ppm of QUATS. The operator discarded the stagnant water and filled the container with iced water at the time of the inspection.

- 0PPM quat was measured in the spray bottle labeled sanitizer located in the kitchen. Corrected during inspection.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Test strips for iodine and quats were unavailable. The colour guide on the bottle of chlorine test strips was water damaged and unusable. Purchase test strips. Ensure that you have test strips for each type of sanitizing solution used onsite.

- 1. Two countertop deep fryers were noted on the counter beside the cooking line and not under a commercial ventilation canopy. Ensure that all deep frying occurs under the commercial ventilation canopy which is equipped with fire suppression. Remove or relocate the deep fryers.2. The bottle of rinse aid for the dishwasher was empty and was not connected to the machine. Ensure that the dishwasher is equipped with the appropriate chemicals as per the manufacture's recommendations.
