- Observation(s): Some of the flooring is cracked/damaged and requires repair to be smooth, durable, impervious, easy to clean and preferably light in colour.
- F2.5B The premises must be properly constructed and maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition.

- Observation(s): Ensure paper towel from a dispenser is available to help facilitate proper handwashing.

- Observation(s): Hot water was not available at sinks during time of inspection. Hot water aids in proper sanitation as well as helping with proper handwashing. Facility was aware that hot water was not available and was working on getting the hot water restored.
- F1.4A Hot and cold running water must be supplied in sufficient quantity and pressure to meet the needs of the premises.

- Observation(s): Iodine test strips were not available for monitoring the sanitizer solution for the glass washer. Operator to keep iodine test strips onsite.

- Observation(s): 1. Glass washer was out of iodine at the time of inspection. Glasses had recently been washed in this machine without an adequate sanitizing cycle. Iodine bottle replaced during inspection.
- F2.3A Mechanical dishwasher/glasswasher must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
