    The location is incredible! The room we stayed in has a rustic cabin feel, perfect for the lakefront location. It has everything you need for amenities, is comfortable, and even has a kitchen. The lake view balcony was perfect for taking in the calm of the morning, and a great place for evening wind down with a nice book. I've stayed here every year for a number of years now and plan to continue to do so. Staff are all friendly and attentive. There is a food truck that serves up delicious vegetarian items, it's a must try. Looking forward to staying here again next summer!

    We stayed at this hotel specifically the cabin 1 while we were en route to Jasper from Whistler. It was not what we expected, and we were totally disappointed. It needs serious updates. It was kind of scary to be honest. The bed was brutal and the shower had a big ball of hair in the bathtub. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

    We had an unforgettable stay at this peaceful, charming inn. It is a rustic, basic place that feels close to nature. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The location is convenient, close to the stores and the major roads. The manager was kind and was flexible with the changes we made in our requests. Our room was right in front of the lake, and the view was just stunning. The inn let us use the kayak for 20 CAD/hour. We had the most magical time paddling in the lake, as the water all around us reflected like a mirror the beautiful colors of the sky changing from daylight to evening.

    If you’re looking for the perfect little rustic getaway, that is not like traditional hotel rooms, this is the place for you! You can either get a cabin right on the water or a smaller one just steps away! Plus, they have two adorable black little kittens named Jasper and Waylon and honestly they are the best part about this stay for me! I also love our cute little room just a perfect place for the both of us! We are big time into RV-ing and cabin life so it is perfect for us! Wish we could stay here longer, but we’re only here for the night on our travels! The owners here are so pleasant and it gives you the personable touch, You can tell they care about their property! I highly recommend this place on your travels through Clearwater BC! We will definitely be back!

    We spent the night - pros and cons. Pros: our family of 6 could easily stay in the room. There were 2 bedrooms, 3 comfortable queen beds and a kitchen. The view and location can’t be beat. The staff were nice. But it’s overall pretty run down. The bathroom had the tub surround duct taped on, it was a relatively large bathroom but the vanity and toilet are so close together that you have to sit at an angle. $250/night seems steep for what it was. But maybe that view is worth it? 🤷‍♀️
