- 19(1)(e) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:
(e) that there is effective protection to prevent the access and sheltering of insects, rodents and other pests.
- Repair or replace the door sweep for the receiving door in the kitchen.

Clean the rodent droppings from the floor in the staff area. Clean rodent harbourage and rodent droppings from inside of the utility room by the receiving door in the kitchen.
