    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Pans and pots are too big to fit in the sink for submerging them in sanitizer solution for manual sanitizing cycle. Please make sure pan and pots are washed in the dishwasher if they are not fit in the sink to make sure they are properly sanitized.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel and hand soap were not available at the hand sink in the kitchen. Please make sure hand sinks are always supplied with soap and paper towel , hot and cold running water is always available.

      • *Caulking at the sink was not in good repair. Please recaulk the surface.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • *Containers which was used for storing utensils and tools were not in clean condition. Please clean the surfaces and may cover the container with lids on them to maintain the cleanest of the equipment.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • *One of the chairs in the kitchen was not in good repair. Please replace it.
