- Observation(s): The sandwich/dairy cooler operating at 7.9 C at time of inspection. Cooler was last checked at 8AM to be operating at 1 C, however the two thermometers operating in the sandwich/dairy cool was determined to not be accurately calibrated. Potentially hazardous foods were discarded at time of inspection.

- Observation(s): The sanitizer test strips in the food premises are discoloured. Replace the test strips and contact the Environmental Health Officer by JUL 27, 2018.

Store the scoops in a container that is cleanable (e.g. plastic containers, etc.). Clean the containers regularly and contact the Environmental Health Officer by JUL 27, 2018.
