- No written aftercare instructions were present for services provided by the new service provider. Please ensure a written version is either provided at the end of service, emailed or posted on a web page that the client can access.

- Ink used by new provided was expired. Provider indicated they will replace the ink right away with new product. Ink also has a use by date that must be adhered to and the date of opening should therefore be recorded, as an indicator of when to discard the product by.
