- 1. Mold growth occurring on the ceiling above some pipes and in an open area of the ceiling that shows evidence of an earlier leak. No visible evidence of a recent leak observed. 2. there is a missing cover plate at the electrical outlet next to the hand sink in the basement staff washroom.Please remove the damaged material, clean the surfaces and remove mold, confirm there are no active leaks and repair the surface.Please provide a coverplate for the outlet.

- 3 compartment dishwashing sinks available to wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment. Measured the sanitizer concentration (QUATS) at the sanitize sink was not at appropriate level and above 200 ppm. Staff stated having issues with the tubing and will fix. - Please ensure to have the solution concentration measured at 200 ppm.

- 1-The compressor ventilation in the freezer unit was observed to have a significant amount of ice accumulation, which can affect the unit's efficiency and overall functionality. 2-Additionally, the organization of food boxes in the freezer requires attention. -Please remove and clean the ice accumulation on the compressor ventilation as the ice build-up can hinder the freezer's cooling capacity. -Please organize the food boxes in the freezer to optimize space and ensure proper airflow. Arrange items in a way that allows for easy access and minimizes the risk of cross- contamination.
