      • Facility is disorganized and cluttered. DO THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure that items not in use are put away 2. Clean hard to reach area. 3. Organize shelves and cabinets to make it easy for cleaning.

      • A single use nail buffer found on the manicure table appeared to have been used multiple times due to the excessive tears and file marks. Please ensure single use items are discarded after each client or given to the client for personal use.
