- No - there was an issue with the large exhaust hood ventilation canopy in the main kitchen with insufficient machine function (at parts of the canopy), with observation of heat and vapour accumulation inside the main kitchen, which was necessitating staff to open the rear kitchen door to allow fresh air entry and 'escape' of the accumulated heat and vapours to the outside. The operator is to have a licensed technician conduct repairs/maintenance of the exhaust hood canopy, as necessary, to ensure adequate function so there is sufficient removal of all heat, oil droplets, and vapours by the exhaust hood ventilation canopy (as designed).
