     • Observation(s): At the time of the inspection the Licensing Officer observed a sleep mat in poor repair. The inner foam was exposed which does not allow for adequate cleaning and sanitizing. A Licensee must ensure that mats used for sleeping are in good repair and the inner foam of the mats is not exposed. This was corrected during the inspection with the mat in question being removed from the nap room.
