Wooden screw toys in the daycare area identified as a choking hazard. - Ensure children less than 3 years of age do not have access to choking hazards. Operator removed screw toys and to check all available toys in daycare area where 19mo-3yr old children may be cared for.

      • Diapering station safety belt strap detached from buckle. - Ensure safety belt of diapering station intact and in proper working order. Safety belt strap re-attached and secured to buckle.

Operator discarded identified foam blocks.
