      • Noted expired antiseptic wipes in first aid kit and missing list of contents. - Ensure first aid kits are stocked with required items with future expiration date and a list of contents is available.

      • Bingo dabbers and glue within the facility not marked as non-toxic, water-based, or ACMI Approved Product. - Ensure craft products used are approved, non-toxic products. Wooden screw toys in the daycare area identified as a choking hazard. - Ensure children less than 3 years of age do not have access to choking hazards. Operator removed screw toys and to check all available toys in daycare area where 19mo-3yr old children may be cared for.

      • Diapering station safety belt strap detached from buckle. - Ensure safety belt of diapering station intact and in proper working order. Safety belt strap re-attached and secured to buckle.

Cover removed by operator for laundering.Multiple foam blocks not intact with excessive bite marks noted on surface. - Ensure toys that cannot be properly cleaned and disinfected are discarded. Operator discarded identified foam blocks.
