- An uncovered light fixture was observed in the Before and After School classroom.-Please install a suitable cover for the identified light fixture or replace the existing bulbs with shatter-resistant (non-shatter) types.

- Sanitizer concentration was measured at 10 ppm in the 3- and 4-year-old classroom.Required Action:Please increase and maintain the bleach solution concentration at 100 ppm to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of classroom surfaces and equipment.Additionally, please ensure that the bleach concentration is verified daily using a suitable test strip.

- Last inspection, it was noted: "The child accessible handwashing sink in the newly proposed space had a temperature exceeding 54C at the maximum (approximately 58C at the time of the inspection)."This inspection, the water temperature was measured to be approximately 62C at the new site. The other handwashing taps had temperatures approximately 56C.REQUIREMENT: Lower the maximum temperature at this handwashing station so it does not exceed the recommended temperature of 49C.

- First aid kits in several rooms were not properly supplied and some products were expired (e.g., antiseptic wipes since 2016). The inspector provided the list of required items to the Director during the inspection.
