      • Hot running water not provided under city pressure. Hot water supply to kitchen-exposed handsink and three compartment sink, 4 toilet rooms and 4 classrooms at 56.1 F to 56.4 F. Instructed owner that hot running water minimum of 110 F, must be provided at times of operation. Critical citation issued. School placed on 48 hour notice to correct.

      • Evidence of mice droppings found on premises. Found mice droppings approximately 30 plus in storage room under staircase on floor and on top of wood pieces. Also, found droppings in utility room in play area left rear corner-approximately 10 plus mice droppings. Instructed to remove mice droppings,clean area and have pest control service premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS, UNDER AND AROUND HOT WATER TANK INSIDE 2 BOILER ROOM AND FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS IN REAR GARAGE AREA.--------USABLE ITEMS/FILES MUST BE STORED 6" OFF THE FLOOR IN SECOND FLOOR STORAGE AREA TO PREVENT RODENT AND INSECT HARBORAGE.

      • Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. INSTRUCTED REPLACE BROKEN SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT EMPLOYEE WASHROOM DOOR (OFFICE AREA) AND INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT EMPLOYEE WASHROOM DOOR (INFANT AREA).
