- THIS IS A REPEATING VIOLATION:Food equipment and utensils were being washed in the front hand sink. Please take all food equipment and utensils to the rear 3 comp sink where they can be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized.**Jan 11, 2024: staff still washing items (not sanitizing) in front hand sink. Staff advised she was working alone and store gets too busy so does not go to the back to wash items. Please take ALL equipment/utensils to the back 3 comp sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize.

- Automatic hand dryer in the bathroom was not operational and there were no paper towels to dry hands. Please repair. If provide paper towels, please supply in a suitable dispenser.
