      • The two cabinets by the door in the preschool room is easily moveable. Please secure these cabinets.

      • A CPR mask is not available in the first aid kit. Please ensure the first aid kit is equipped with all necessary supplies.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The baseboard under the widow in the preschool room is coming off. Please repair. 2. The caulking behind the sink in the toddler room is in disrepair. Please repair.

      • Used cleaning cloth were stored on top of spray bottles. Please ensure cleaning cloth is just used once and placed in a dirty bucket. Use cloth only once to clean.

      • Some items (Dettol, hydrogen peroxide, some antiseptic wipes etc.) in the first aid kit are expired. Please ensure to check the first aid kit as instructed by the manufacturer. Check that item are in good working order, have not deteriorated, and are within their expiry date.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 1. The white cabinet door where curriculum support items are stored in the preschool room does not close properly. Please repair. 2. Preschool room downstairs: The leather from the sofa is peeling off. Please replace.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Toddler room: Some of the children's water bottles were not properly closed, and the towel that was used to cover the bottles were in contact with the straw. Please ensure the bottles are closed during storage and stored in a sanitary manner.

      • Preschool room upstairs: The cord from the water dispenser was coming out and accessible to children. Please ensure all electrical cords are tucked in properly and inaccessible to children.

Preschool room upstairs, toddler room: The shelf underneath the sand and water tables are in disrepair, accumulating dust, porous. Please ensure these areas are in good repair, non-porous and easily cleanable.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • 1. Children's personal belongings were in contact with each other's during storage in their cubbies. Please ensure the personal belongings are not touching each other's. 2. Toddler room: Some of the children's water bottles were not properly closed, and the towel that was used to cover the bottles were in contact with the straw. Please ensure the bottles are closed during storage and stored in a sanitary manner.
