When asked if there was bleach in the water, she stated she added "drops of bleach" into the bucket. Unlabelled prepped ingredients in the pizza cooler ( in the inserts)-Operator must use a date labelling system for foods prepped and placed in the pizza makeline table/cooler Scoop for flour in dry storage room must be changed to a food grade type with handle ( Operator was using a plastic sour creme container/cup ( no handle) and the cup is allowed to contact food directly) Unsealed bags of pasta in the dry storage shelving behind wi cooler were observed in the premises. Uncovered fried battered fish in the walk in cooler ( on a tray in the cooling rack) were being stored underneath a tray of raw meat ( opened package of raw bacon). Opened bag of Batter mix in storage room is not placed inside food grade bin with tight-fitting pest proof lid
