- Bleach available in the kitchen. However no ready to use bleach solution was prepared prior to food prepping taking place.Required 100 ppm solution must be readily available for use while food handling is taking place.

- Outdoor cooking area set up on the back porch - this was not approved previously and must stop immediately.

- One of the fridges located in the back storage area temperature was at 7C. Must be 0-4C or no perishable foods can be stored in this fridge.

- There was no hand soap available at the kitchen hand sink. provided immediately.

- Cooking foods which produce excessive grease. Using large woks on top of domestic stove. Oily staining observed on the surfaces and ceiling.Must stop cooking that produces excessive grease immediately.Please provide full menu to be reviewed at the follow up inspection.

- General sanitation of the kitchen was very poor. Must not prepare any new foods until kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.Kitchen and food storage in general including inside the fridges was disorganized.
