    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • (1) There were no test strips available during the inspection for the chlorine sanitizer solution used for food-contact surfaces and for the manual dishwashing method in the 2-compartment sink. An illustration/poster was displayed by the sink showing the proper preparation methods to create a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. The poster also indicated the requirement to use a test strip to confirm such concentration. Test strips must be obtained to test every sanitizer solution used for food-contact surfaces and dishwashing procedure.**OBTAIN TEST STRIPS.
