      • Please provide a written procedure for cleansing of skin.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • Client lashes are not being cleansed prior to service.**Ensure client lashes are being cleansed before service.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Tweezers used for lash extensions are being disinfected with Preempt RTU and is not satisfactory. **Ensure tweezers are being disinfected with a high level disinfectant. Examples would include Preempt CS 20 or Preempt HLD5. If high level disinfectant can be reused, please obtain the corresponding test strips and record results.
