OBSERVED DRAIN LINE FOR EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE BASEMENT NOT MAINTAINED. DRAIN LINE DOES NOT LINE UP WITH THE DRAIN AND THERE IS EXCESS WATER SPLASH ONTO THE FLOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REPAIR. OBSERVED WATER LEAK AT THE DRAIN LINE FOR THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK BEHIND THE BAR. MUST REPAIR SOURCE OF LEAK, HOWEVER IT IS RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WITH AN EXPOSED HANDSINK. OBSERVED EXCESSIVE CONDENSATION ON A COLD WATER LINE ABOVE THE SODA SYRUP BOXES IN THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO INSULATE THE LINE TO PREVENT CONDENSATION.
