- Observation(s): Two Corrections Required: Operator to contact maintenance to address sanitizer pump not working. Staff onsite were making sanitizer manually at a concentration of 200-400 when tested so sanitation should not be compromised. Informed operator to have this corrected and update EHO immediately. Hand washing sink is available however the drainage is too slow, informed operator to fix clogged sink immediately. Does not impact handwashing.
