- Equipment and utensils should get proper exposure to the sanitizing solution during the rinse cycle. Bactericidal treatment shall consist of exposure of all dish and utensil surfaces to a rinse of clean water at a temperature of not less than 180F. RESIDENTIAL DISH MACHINE ON SITE. REPLACE WALL COVING MISSING IN THE REAR CLOSET ONCE CLUTTER IS REMOVED. REMOVE BLACK INTERLOCKING FOAM TILES UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, HAND SINK, REFRIGERATOR AND KITCHEN CABINET. FLOORS MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.

REPAIR/REPLACE PEELING PAINT/WALLPAPER ON WALLS IN THE BATHROOMS AND CLASSROOMS. REPLACE CEILING TILE WITH HOLE ABOVE THE VENTILATION HOOD. REPAIR WATER DAMAGED WALL IN THE KIDS WASHROOM BELOW SINK CLOSEST TO THE WEST WALL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE STEEL WOOL AND FILL HOLES AROUND PIPES UNDER WASHBOWLS IN CHILDREN'S WASHROOM. SEAL OPENINGS IN CEILING TILES IN HOT WATER HEATER ROOM.
