- Facility specific written procedures for client care and decontamination of dual-purpose sink were discussed during inspection onsite. AHS template copies were left onsite to completed and send pictures to PHI later
- 24. Are waste sharps disposed of properly?
- Sharps were noted being collected in temporary containers on two barbering station to be disposed of in sharp container at the end the day. The sharp container was stored in the shelf away from the barbering stations. Sharp container was stored between the two barbering station to dispose of the single use blades directly into the sharp container.

- Chair surfaces were noted being not cleanable, wipeable and in disrepair. Re-surfacing or replacement required
