      • Facilities not maintaining proper temperature. Found rear prep cooler internal air temperature at 44.9F and front cooler at 45.3F while storing potentially hazardous foods listed below. Instructed that all coolers must maintain 40F or below. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A)."Held for inspection" tag placed on equipment.

      • Potentially hazardous foods does not meet temperature required during storage, preparation or service. Found 1 lb of ham in rear prep cooler at 45.1F and milk 1 gallon in front cooler at 46.2F and various dairy condiments. Instructed that all potentially hazardous foods must meet temperature of 40F or below.Value $10, 1 lb, 1 gal manager voluntarily discarded items. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).

      • Outer openings not protected or rodent proofed. Observed front entry door not rodent proofed. Front door has 1/4 inch gap across entire front door. Instructed tmanager to rodent proof door to prevent any rodent and/or insect entry. Serious citation issued 7-38-020
