- The measured temperature of the final rinse cycle for the high temperature dishwasher at the plate level after a probe thermometer was used was only reading approximately 63C (71C minimum temperature). Three attempts were conducted and temperature did not change. Spoke with staff and a technician will stop on by the next morning to assess. Informed to sanitize with QUAT solution in the compartment sinks until issue is resolved.**Jan 8, 2026 - The measured temperature for the final rinse cycle for the high temperature dishwasher was approximately 68.2C. Spoke with operator again to have technician assess and ensure an adequate final rinse temperature is able to be met.
