      • Several high-risk pastries (spinach &feta bistro, cheese pizza bistro, leek & parmesan) were observed to be stored at room temperature.**Please ensure these pastries are stored at 4 degrees C or below. Alternately, they may be time stamped after preparation, stored at room temperature and then discarded after 4 hours.

      • The floor below the shelves in the dry storage area requires cleaning.

      • A staff jacket was observed on containers holding food items.**Ensure personal items are stored in a designated area that is separate from areas for storage of food and utensils.

      • An unlabeled spray bottle was observed in the kitchen area.**Ensure all spray bottles are adequately labeled to identify their content.

      • Some pastries containing high risk food components (Cheese pizza twist and sausage rolls.) were being held at room temperature.**Ensure all high-risk foods are kept at 4 degrees C or below and 60 degrees C or above

      • Flytraps were observed over food prep areas in the kitchen.**Ensure flytraps are located away from areas for food prep, food storage and food utensil/equipment storage.

      • The following items need to be cleaned and sanitized.-the cutlery tray in the back kitchen area.-the microwave ovens.-the wall mounted fans around the kitchen.
