    • Every person required to carry a licence or register under the Act must keep records and supporting documents of their operations and keep them available to inspectors. Such records and supporting documents shall indicate: the nature and quantity of the products purchased or received; the date of purchase or receipt and, in the case of live marine bivalve molluscs and for each lot, the species, the date of collection or harvest and the area or area of area from which the lot originates; the name and address of the supplier and, in the case of the warehousekeeper, the name and address of the warehousekeeper and the number corresponding to the same lot of products stored with the stamp number in the case of meat and meat products from an authorised operator.
