      • Large garbage can observed stored in front of hand sink located on cook line obstructing access to hand sink. Ensure hand sinks are fully accessible at all times. Garbage can was moved during inspection.
    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Paper towel holder at hand sink located on cook line was empty. Paper towel was replaced during inspection.
