- The handwashing sink in the back is in disrepair. Manager advised that the sink has been in disrepair for 1.5 months. - Please fix immediately. All handwashing sinks must be supplied with hot and cold running water. Operation of handwashing a sink in a food facility is critical and must be fixed immediately when issues arise.

- There were lots of flies present at the facility. Specially in the front food handling area.
