    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): 1. INFRACTION CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION: Wipe cloth bucket had no chlorine concentration at time of inspection (with 1.5 hours remaining on time sticker). Chlorine concentration must be checked/verified by staff. Staff corrected at time of inspection. 2. NOTE: The wipe cloth buckets are being stored at the very rear of the store by the stockroom; corporate policy guide for wipe cloth buckets states that they should be stored in the area(s) where sanitizing is required. 3. NOTE: The in-service stir spoon at the front counter is not being stored in a sufficient amount of ice-water. Store the spoon in an amount of ice-water so that the spoon is properly submerged, covering all parts of the handle that have come in contact with the food product.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

    • F1.7 Are foods protected from contamination?
      • Observation(s): • NEW: The condensate/melt-water hose inside the storage room freezer is disconnected, and water is accumulating on the bottom of the freezer. Boxes and food containers are sitting in the water, a potential for cross contamination of food contact surfaces. Have the hose properly re-connected. • CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION: Advise staff not to store the ice scoop in the ice machine with the handle touching the ice. Store the scoop in an insert outside of the ice machine, or store in the scoop holder in the ice machine.
      • F1.7A The operator must ensure that all food on the premises is protected from contamination.
      • F1.7B Ready-to-eat foods must be stored in a manner that prevents cross contamination.
