- Observation(s): • NEW: Food handlers must wash their hands with soap and water at the hand wash sink after handling raw meats at the cook line (e.g. after placing burger patties on grill), do not dip hands in the sanitizer pail. • NEW: Food handlers should not wipe food preparation utensils with the same cloth that is used to wipe other surfaces such as counters etc.
