- The hall's auxiliary side exist doors require additional weather proofing. Currently, light can be seen coming through at the bottom of the doors.Ensure that the doors are appropriately weatherproofed and protected against pest entry.No pest activity was noted at the time of the inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- At the time of the inspection a damaged section of drywall was noted at the seam between the wall and countertop, left of the Maxx Cold refrigerator.Ensure that the damaged materials are repaired and that the joint between the counter and wall is easily cleanable. All materials must be non-absorbent.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- At the time of the inspection, ceiling tiles were noted to have been removed in the kitchen area due to prior water damage.The missing ceiling tiles are to be replaced to help monitor future water infiltration and to ensure the ceiling of the food handling area is properly finished.
