      • 1- Meat slicer is showing debris and not clean.2- The operator is not using the appropriate and approved sanitizer solutions to clean and disinfect the surfaces.

      • The eggs (still cold) were kept in the dry storage area. when asked the operator mentioned that they were just delivered. The operator immediately put the eggs in the fridge.

      • 1- The dishwasher in the food facility is not a commercial one. 2- The operator is not using the proper sanitizing procedures to make sure that the utensils used for making bubble tea are properly washed rinsed and sanitized.
