      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash sink was also being used for dispensing alkaline water.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Hand sink must be easily accessible and used only for hand washing.
      • - The pot sink in the prep area may be equipped with liquid soap as a temporary measure to ensure all staff have easy access to handwashing. If on future inspections proper handwashing practices are not observed the hand sink in the front serving station will have to be set up for only handwashing i.e. alkaline machine to be moved.
