      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display Sandwich cooler was at 8-11 degrees at the time of inspection. Items had been placed in this cooler just prior.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Please remove all items from the cooler and adjust/repair unit. Ensure that it is below 4 degrees prior to placing food back in the unit.
      • - In the future when logs indicate a consistent rise in temperature please take corrective action as indicated in food safety plans.
