- A makeshift cardboard shelf in the walk-in cooler was used for dip storage.Replace cardboard with a material which can be easily cleaned.

- 1) Cardboard boxes of eggs were being stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler. The absorbent nature of these containers posed a contamination risk.Boxes were moved off the floor during inspection. 2) Vacuum-sealed steaks were being stored above ready-to-eat foods and pizza pans in the walk-in cooler. Raw meat was moved during inspection. 3) Several prepared uncooked pizzas were observed being stored in the dishwashing area. Pizzas were moved during inspection.
