      • 1. Soap dispenser by kitchen handwash sink was empty.- Replenish the soap dispenser.2. Paper towel dispenser is a reusable towel roller.- Replace the towel roller with paper towel as reusable towel roller is not a sanitary method of drying hands in the kitchen.Please refrain kitchen staff from using the bathroom sinks for handwashing. Ensure kitchen hand sink is fully stocked and operational.

      • Bar glasswasher final rinse contained 0 PPM chlorine. Attempts to prime the pump only resulted in <50 PPM chlorine sanitizing solution.

      • A makeshift cardboard shelf in the walk-in cooler was used for dip storage.Replace cardboard with a material which can be easily cleaned.

      • 1) Cardboard boxes of eggs were being stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler. The absorbent nature of these containers posed a contamination risk.Boxes were moved off the floor during inspection. 2) Vacuum-sealed steaks were being stored above ready-to-eat foods and pizza pans in the walk-in cooler. Raw meat was moved during inspection. 3) Several prepared uncooked pizzas were observed being stored in the dishwashing area. Pizzas were moved during inspection.

      • Bottles of cleaner and sanitizer were found to not be labeled. Identified chemicals were labeled during inspection.
