      • In all food establishments, toilet facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair and shall include an adequate supply of hot and cold or tempered water, soap, and approved sanitary towels or other approved hand-drying devices. FOUND NO SOAP AT WASHBOWLS IN BASEMENT BOYS OR GIRLS WASHROOMS. ALSO, NOTED THAT THERE WAS NO SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES OR SANITARY TOWELS AVAILABLE IN BOYS WASHROOM. MUST PROVIDE SOAP AND AN APPROVED SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICE OR SANITARY TOWELS IN ALL WASHROOMS. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030.

MUST REPAIR SLOW DRAIN AT WASHBOWL AND REPAIR VENTILATION FAN IN EMPLOYEE WASHROOM IN BASEMENT. ALSO, NOTED WASHBOWLS IN BASEMENT BOYS WASHROOM ARE IN POOR REPAIR. 1ST WASHBOWL HAS NO COLD WATER MAKING THE WATER AT THE SINK TOO HOT TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS AND THE HOT WATER FAUCET HANDLE IS ALSO BROKEN. THE THIRD WASHBOWL HAS A LEAKY FAUCET BASE AND THE HOT WATER FAUCET HANDLE IS BROKEN. MUST REPAIR WASHBOWLS.

MUST REMOVE CLUTTER FROM INTERIOR OF MOP SINK CLOSETS AND STORE ALL ITMES 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. REPAIR COVING IN BOYS BASEMENT WASHROOM WHERE WORN.
