- 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:

- Area of the wall beside the milk dispenser requires repair.

(e) that there is effective protection to prevent the access and sheltering of insects, rodents and other pests.
- Rear receiving door must be kept closed when not in use. If you wish to leave it open for air circulation, a screen door must be installed to prevent access of pests. Door was closed during the inspection.
- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- Front handwash sink had no paper towel - replaced during the inspection. Other handwash sinks had paper towel roll sitting on the dispensers. Ensure paper towel is paced inside the dispensers when replacing. Ensure aprons are not left in sink basin.
- 49(1)(a) An operator must ensure that food ingredients and food packaging materials must be stored in a dry storage room or designated area that
a) protects the food ingredient or food packaging material from contamination;
- Better organization required in the dry storage areas and the walk-in cooler to ensure items are not stored on the floor.

- Cutting boards on both prep tables have deep cuts and can no longer be adequately cleaned/sanitized. Re-surface or replace the cutting boards.
- 19(2)(a) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
- Latest bacteriological water sample results taken on June 5, 2025 was non-satisfactory. Discussed switching to bottled/boiled water, making guests aware and posting signs, ice machine taken out of service and re-sampling procedure. 2 consecutive satisfactory samples taken 24 hours apart required to lift boil advisory.
