      • The temperature inside the upright refrigerator was measured at 9 degrees C. Operator advised inspector that supplies had just been delivered and the refrigerator door was open. Please ensure any potentially hazardous foods are stored at temperatures of 4 degrees C and lower.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel was not available at the hand washing station. The operator informed the inspector that they were just setting up for the weekend and would acquire some paper towel.
