      • A strong sewage smell was noted in the staff washroom and water was observed pooling around the toilet and grease trap. Please ensure corrective actions are taken source of sewage smell and water leak identified and corrected.

      • The posted food handling permit was expired. Please ensure a valid food handling permit is posted onsite.
