- Did not observe chlorine test strips at time of inspection. Ensure chlorine test strips are obtained to test the bleach/water sanitizer strength.

- No pest control record on-site. Will email employees the AHS pest control template to start using on a monthly basis.

- Inspector observed various chemicals and other incompatible items hanging over the two compartment sinks in the back. Ensure these items are removed to avoid any chemical cross contamination to dishes used for the public (coffee pots)
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. The two compartment sinks in the back is used for employee dishwashing and also used to wash the coffee pots that is used to serve coffee to the public. PHI observed bare wood above the sinks, ensure the wood is sealed/resurfaced so it is easily cleanable. Bare wood can absorb moisture and is not a cleanable surface.2. The area where the sink surface meets the wall has a gap, ensure this is sealed properly.
