This may include obtaining test strips and establishing record keeping if the high-level disinfectant will be reused. PHI provided a high-level disinfectant testing log to operator via email. 2024-09-24The available HLD5 was expired. There was no test strip to monitor the concentration of disinfectant over time.Ensure a new disinfectant and test strip is obtained, maintain daily records of disinfectant testing.
