- The bleach sanitizer in the kitchen was initially measured at 0 ppm. The operator was instructed to prepare a fresh sanitizer solution, which was subsequently measured at 100 ppm.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- The rear door screen was observed to be torn and damaged, and was propped open with a stopper, creating a potential entry point for pests. The operator was advised to repair or replace the screen to prevent pest entry. Operator closed the door upon request.
