- Due to a change in ownership, a new food handling permit will need to be issued to reflect this change.AUGUST 26, 2025:Verified that above food permit was not posted in the store and is required to be printed/posted in full view of patrons. At the time of inspection, only the Food Safe Certificate for Linda Johnson + AGLC Liquor License were in full view on wall behind front counter area.

- As discussed, the owner will initially be overseeing the store operations including the dispensing of foods such as hot dogs, pizzas, and pre-packaged sandwiches as well as hard ice cream.Subsequently, the manager or her later designate should be the holder of a food safe certificate.Our Department will email an AHS listing of approved on-line food safe courses - and should be completed as soon as possible.
