    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. The side partition between the cash register and coolers, as well as the pallet supporting the grease trap, are not painted. Ensure these surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. 2. A small leak was observed under the 2-compartment sink. Repair the plumbing fixture.3. Cracked covers for light fixtures were observed in the serving area and cooking area. Replace the covers.4. Holes/gaps were observed on drywall by the plumbing fixtures at handwashing sinks and 2 compartment sink plumbing. Ensure holes/gaps are sealed to prevent pests from entering and nesting in the facility.
