      • Hand sink at the front was equipped with soap and paper towels, hot and cold water. The hand sink by the mop sink had cold water initially. Operator adjusted the setting and hot water was detected. Please have the water temperature set to warm/comfortable to touch.

      • A hole was observed on the lower portion of the wall beside the stainless-steel table at the drive-thru window. Ensure that the indicated hole in the wall is sealed to be smooth and easy to clean.

      • A buildup of dust and/or debris is observed on the wall-mounted storage shelf where salad containers are stored. Ensure that the indicated area is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to help prevent contamination. The operator cleaned and sanitized the indicated area during the inspection.

      • No thermometers noted in the refrigerator unit located behind front service counter and the refrigerator unit adjacent to grill storing raw beef patties. Probe attachment for checking temperature is available. - Obtain thermometers for refrigeration units for monitoring of cold holding temperatures.

      • Debris build up noted on walk-in cooler ceiling above evaporator fans.- Please clean walk-in cooler ceiling area around and above evaporator fan.Visible debris noted on handles of stand-alone freezer beside walk-in cooler. - Perform additional cleaning to handles of stand-alone freezer.

      • Sticky area of floor near east exit door of dining room. - Perform additional cleaning in this area. Female employee washroom hand sink not draining correctly. - Repair female employee washroom hand sink to ensure hand sink is in good working condition.Ripped fabric noted on dining room booth seat. As per operator replacement pieces for this booth have already been ordered and will be installed.
