- Facility specific written procedures were not established for the accidental skin cuts and punctures.Templates for written procedures were provided during the inspection.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- It was observed that Pre-empt CS 20 High Level Disinfectant was being used for semi-critical tools.Test strips were available for testing of HLD.Operator mentioned that HLD is tested on routine basis, however logs for testing of HLD were not being maintained.Templates for HLD testing were provided during the inspection.
